Download CleverPick11 App by downloading the mobile application from this link (https://www.cleverpick11.com/Download) after filling a few form fields. You can also signup directly through your facebook or google account.

Why am I unable to login to my account?

If you face difficulties signing into your account, check if you had entered a wrong password or email address. Incase, you have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password link (below the login option). This link will take you to a secure page where you can reset your password by entering your registered mobile number. You shall receive an OTP, after which you can reset your password and login. If you have entered the correct username and password and still unable to login, kindly reach out to us at support@cleverpick11.com and we can ping you back immediately.

Can I have multiple accounts?

Having Multiple Accounts, is against Cleverpick11 fair policies. A user can have only one account under his/her name with supporting documents for the same.

Can I update the information on my profile?

Yes, you can edit your personal details and information anytime by logging into your account.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after signing up?

Incase, you haven’t received a confirmation mail from CleverPick11, kindly check your spam. To avoid this in the future, mark CleverPick11 as “Not Spam”. If the mail is not found, even in the spam. Kindly check if you had misspelled your email address while registering. If you still find difficulties, reach out to us at support@cleverpick11.com

Can I play with zero knowledge about the sport?

Yes. You can definitely play without knowing much about the sport. This is just a fantasy game and mainly depends upon your judgement and interpretation of the team and game. However, you can go through the page “ how to play” which will help you get a better understanding of the game.

Playing

How do I play on CleverPick11?

The users can avail the services offered by CleverPick11 and play contest(s) hosted on CleverPick11 by simply registering/logging into their account. To play and avail the services provided, the user needs to follow these simple steps:

  1. Register/Login to CleverPick11
  2. Select the match you want to join and then click on the ‘Create New Team’ button for creating your team
  3. Create your team of 11 players (including a Captain & Vice-captain) within an allocated virtual budget of 100 credit points choosing from all the players in the match
  4. Join free or cash contests of your choice. Cash contests let you win cash and require an entry fee, for which we provide multiple payment methods such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net banking, and different wallet services.
  5. After the beginning of the match your team is awarded points based on the on-field performance of your selected players. Final points, ranks, and winners are declared after the end of the match

How do I select my team?

Creating a team on CleverPick11 is very simple, the user can create his/her team by selecting the match he/she wants to join and then clicking on the “Create New Team” option available under “My Teams” section. The user can then create his/her team by selecting 11 players (including Captain and Vice-Captain) in fantasy cricket from the individuals playing in the match within the given virtual budget of 100 credit points.

Can I change my teams for future matches?

Yes, the user needs to create a new team for every match on CleverPick11.

What if one of my chosen players does not play in the match?

In an event wherein one of your selected players is included in the match but does not play, then your team will not be given any points.

How many players are needed to create a team?

To create a team, the user requires 11 players wherein there must be at least 3 bowlers, 3 batsmen, 1 all-rounder & 1 wicket-keeper. However, the remaining three players can belong to any category except wicket-keeper.

What is the benefit of choosing the captain and vice-captain wisely?

It is important to choose the captain and vice-captain smartly because, they can help you greatly in gaining extra points. The captain chosen by you is awarded two times the original points which the vice-captain is awarded 1.5 times the original points. This is based on the on-field performance which is later calculated based on the fantasy point system. The same applied in case of point deduction too. That is 2 times deduction for the captain and 1.5X deduction for vice-captain

Can I choose players from one side only?

No, the users cannot choose players from one team only. They can choose a maximum of 7 players only from a single team. The remaining players should be selected from the other side.

I’ve spent my entire budget before selecting all the players of my fantasy team. How do I complete my team?

As per the Fair Play Policy, CleverPick11 allows the users to create their team within a virtual budget of 100 credit points. Thus, the user must use the provided credits efficiently for selecting all the players of the team within the given budget of 100 credit points only.

What is the use of a Captain & Vice-captain in a team?

The Captain & Vice-captain of a team can help the user in earning extra points. The player chosen as the Captain of the user’s team is awarded 2 times the original points whereas the Vice-captain of the team is awarded 1.5 times the original points according to their on-field performance which is calculated based on the Fantasy Pointing System.

When I make changes to my team, how long does it take for the changes to reflect?

The users can make multiple changes in their team prior the deadline of the match. In addition, the changes made by the users are modified and reflected on a real-time basis.

Can I edit my team during the match?

The users are not permitted to create or edit their teams during the match. The users are only allowed to make all the changes prior the deadline, which is usually before the match begins.

How can I change my team name?

CleverPick11 does not allow the users to change their team names after the user is registered with us.

How to create multiple teams for the same match?

You are allowed to create multiple teams only after creating your first team. By clicking “Create New Team” option, you can additionally create new teams by cloning your previous teams through the “clone” option available on the My team page.

How many teams can I create for a single match?

CleverPick11 allows the users to create a maximum of 10 separate teams for a single match.

Can I join a match/contest using multiple teams?

Yes, you are permitted to join a match/contest using multiple teams (a maximum of 6 teams) only if the contest displays “Multiple Entry”. Otherwise, you can join a contest with only one team. You can identify a “Multiple entry” contest through the letter “M” sign on the contest.

Can I choose which of my chosen teams can compete in a particular contest after joining?

Yes. You can choose either team 1 or team 2 to compete from te “Joined contests” tab until the deadline.

Scoring

How are the points awarded?

You are awarded points, solely based on the on-field performance of the players selected by you in the live match. Check out “Fantasy Point System” for a detailed brief on the point calculation.

When do my points get updated?

The points get updated within a few minutes. However, the final score and ranking will be calculated and updated only after the match is competed. The winners will be declared and prizes will be distributed based on the accomplishment after the point verification.

I have created my team before the deadline, but I am not getting any points. Why?

The points will be awarded based on the on-field performance of the players selected by you. If the players chosen by you, are not scoring then you shall not be awarded points. Please not that, the points will be awarded only during the live match.

Where do you refer to update points?

ClevePick11 has a tie up with a few reliable third party sources. These third party sources are completely genuine and verifies the score feed to ensure accurate tabulation of points.

What happens if there is a tie between users? How will the prize be distributed?

In some events, there may be a tie between two or more users. During such circumstances, the prize money will be distributed equally between the winners.

Will I get points for a super over in a match?

The points scored or wickets taken down by the players during a super over is not considered in their official records. Hence, No points will be awarded for a super over in a match.

How do I cross check my team’s points?

You can cross-check the team points by clicking on the “Fantasy Scoreboard” link in the joined contests.

If the player chosen by me, is sent back by the umpire for a misconduct in a match, will he still score points once he is back on the field?

Yes. The player will still retain the scored points based on CleverPick11 standard point system based on his performance and contribution on the field. Once he is back to field, he will be eligible to score points.

If my player is substituted, will I be awarded points?

No. The team will not be awarded points for a substitute player since he is not a part of the 11 players chosen by you.

How are the points of my captain and vice-captain deducted on CleverPick11?

The captain and vice-captain you choose to lead your team are awarded 2x and 1.5x points of the original total they score. However, in case of the deductions, the points of your captain are deducted as normally only, i.e., as 2x only. The same is applicable in case of vice-captain.

Contests

Which type of contests am I eligible to join?

Once you have registered, you are eligible to join various types of contests hosted by CleverPick11. Further, you can also join cash contests to win money or even join the free practice sessions to enhance your playing skills.

What are public contests?

CleverPick11 hosts many public contests which are open to everyone. Any of the CleverPick11 registered users can participate in the public contests and are also eligible to win the contest.

What are private contests?

Private contests are contests which are created by the users with pre-defined number of participants and pre-defined winning amount. The contest can also be shared with acquaintances through a unique code. The private contests will not be visible to other users and is accessible only by users who have the unique code.

How to join a contest?

You can easily join the content by clicking on the “Join Contest? Button below the contest you want to participate.

What are cash contests?

Cash contests are contests wherein the user pays a predefined entry fee to compete with other users to win prizes and cash. The user whose team scores the highest aggregate of points will be Announced as winners of the contest.

How can I find out if they are more than one winner for a contest?

Click on the winners option to view the list of winners and prize money for each rank.

How many winners will be announced for contests with multiple winners?

The number of winners, will vary from one contest to another. This will be disclosed to the users as soon as the contest is available to join.

How is the prize money distributed in case of multiple winners?

The users can check the distribution of prize money in case of “Multiple Winners” by clicking on the pre-defined number of winners below each of the contests. In an event, the winning amount is more than ?10,000, there will be tax deductions according to the government taxation policies. The tax deduction in case of winnings worth more than ?10,000 is done in case of single winning of the user with a single team. In case the user wins more than ?10,000 with multiple teams then no deductions will be made.

What happens if there is a tie between winners of a multiple winner contests?

In an event wherein there is a tie between winners of a multiple winner contests, the prize money for the position of the winners and the immediately next winning position (if any), and so forth complying with the number of tied winners, will be summed up and then distributed equally among the tied winners. All other prize money will remain as per the winner’s standing.

For example: In an event wherein there are 2 tied winners of a multiple winner contests for the 1st position in the contest, then the prize money of the 1st and 2nd position will be summed up and then distributed among the 2 tied winners. Further, the next highest scoring individual will be awarded the prize money for the 3rd position.

What happens if a match is sidelined and dropped due to unseen circumstances?

In cases when the match is abandoned even before the match has begun or sidelined after the match has started, we will cancel the fantasy match and the entry fee will be refunded.

What happens when a match is completed as per the D/L method?

When a match is concluded through D/L method, the match will be treated as completed and points will be awarded accordingly based on the live scores. No refund will be made under such situations.

What if a contest fails to have the required number of participants?

Under such unfortunate circumstances, the fantasy match will be cancelled and the entry fee will be refunded. The contest will take place if there is a “Flag C” icon otherwise it will be understood that it is cancelled.

Can I win cash prize in a practice contest?

No practise contests are similar to practise sessions. They are conducted to improve and polish your playing skills. Hence there will be no entry free or cash prize for practice contests.

What do I win in cash contests?

The winners of the cash contest, will be winning real money depending upon his or her rank in the contest.

Why is my rank changing during the contest?

During the match, the aggregate scores of the teams change depending on the on-field performance of the players chosen by you. Hence the rank keeps changing.

Can I join a contest in the middle of a series?

Yes, you can join a contest in the middle of the series before the deadline, which is usually before the match begins. Kindly note, even if you join a contest in the middle of a series you have an equal chance of winning to that of those who joined previously before you.

How do you decide the winner of a contest?

The winner of a contest is announced based on the aggregate score of the team. Whichever team wins the highest aggregate score based on the on-field performance of the players chosen will be declared as winners.

Winnings

How will I know if I had won a cash prize?

At CleverPick11, the final ranks, points will be updated immediately at the end of the match. Incase you win a match, the prize money will be automatically credited to your wallet.

When will the winners be declared and prize money be distributed?

The declaration of winners and distribution of prizes will be done within a few hours after the live match is concluded. We will verify the scorecard of the live match and our scorecard to ensure that points have been awarded correctly.

Does the amount in my winnings account have expiry dates?

Yes. The amount in your winnings account should be withdrawn within 365 days of the transfer. In case, you fail to withdraw the winning amount, it shall be automatically transferred to your bank account, provided that your account has been verified by us, CleverPick11.

Account Balance

How do I check my account balance?

You can check your account balance by clicking on the menu option available at the top left corner of their screen. After clicking on the Menu option click on the My Account section for a detailed account balance and most recent transactions on CleverPick11. Please check the “ How to Play” page to get a detailed view of your wallet.

What are the different payment methods available to add money to my wallet?

You can add money to your CleverPick11 Wallet by using debit cards, credit cards, net banking or any other wallets. Please reach out to us at support@cleverpick11.com for further enquiries regarding payment methods.

How do I get through the payment gateway?

You don’t need to do anything special; we’ll take care of this during the payment process. & ensure you have a hassle-free experience.

Will I get a notification for my transaction?

Yes. you shall receive a confirmation mail to your registered mail ID along with an Order No. or transaction ID. Incase, you do not receive, kindly check if you have provided us with the correct Mail ID.

What if the payment is deducted from my card but is not reflected in my Cleverpick11 account?

Under such unfortunate circumstances, kindly reach out to us at support2cleverpcik11.com with the screenshot of the card/bank statement to attest that there has been a deduction from your card. Please do not panic, as this issue may appear if there is a delay in communication among the parties involved in the transaction primarily from the bank’s end.

When will the deposited amount be credited to my cleverpick11 account?

As soon as you deposit a certain amount to your account, the account balance will be updated. Incase, it is not reflected, kindly reach out to us as support@cleverpick11.com.

Does the amount in my Deposited balance have an expiry date?

Yes, there is an expiry date. You should use the amount within 365 days of credit. Otherwise, CleverPick11 is authorised to forfeit such deposit amount, without any liability or obligation to pay a compensation amount to you. Kindly check our terms and conditions for more information.

In what order does my account balance get utilized towards the entry fee for a cash contest?

The money will be deducted in the following order - Deposit Balance, Bonus Balance and finally the Winning Balance to cover the entry fee for you to join a contest.

What is Cash Bonus?

Cash Bonus is a special feature provided by CleverPick11. Under various schemes and promotions, a certain amount will be rewarded to users. You will also receive a cash bonus when you join CleverPick11 for the first time.

What if transaction fails and an amount is deducted from my bank account?

Under such unfortunate incidents, please contact the payment gateway you have used for carrying out the transaction. The amount will be refunded by the payment gateway.

Does the Sign-up cash bonus have an expiry date?

Yes. The sign-up cash bonus will expire within 14 days.

Does my transaction history have a validity?

You will be able to view your transaction history only for the past 15 days. This includes, amount added, winnings, league joined etc,. For any queries regarding this, please reach out to us at support@cleverpick11.com within 7 days of occurrence of the issue.

Verification

Is verification necessary to join contests?

Yes. we need a minimum verification of your email ID, address and mobile number. However, you shall not be eligible for cash bonus offered by CleverPick 11 to its new users, withdrawal of winning money, unless your account is verified by us.

How do I get my CleverPick11 account verified?

The account verification process with CleverPick11 is very simple and a one-time process. To verify your account manually click on the Menu button available at the top left corner of the page and then select “My Account”. Verify your account by following the below-mentioned steps:

  1. Enter your mobile number and then enter the OTP received on the mobile number to verify.
  2. Enter your email address and verify your email address by clicking the verification link sent by CleverPick11. In an event you have chosen direct registration by logging in with your Facebook or Google account, your email address will be automatically verified by CleverPick11.
  3. The third step of verification process at CleverPick11 is the PAN card verification. To successfully verify your PAN card details, upload your PAN Card image, update your Name, PAN Card number and other required details. After successfully uploading and entering the required details click on ‘Submit”
  4. After successfully submitting your PAN card details submit your bank account details for completing the verification process. PAN card and bank account details are verified within maximum of 48 Hours.

Note: The Name on the PAN card and the image proof uploaded as required for Bank Account verification should match with each other. In addition to this, only original image of the PAN card is acceptable, we do not accept photocopies of PAN card for verification.

Why do I need a Pan Card on CleverPick11?

Since, CleverPick11 involves transaction and transfer of real money between accounts, hence verification of PAN Card is mandatory. Only after a PAN Card verification, you will be able to withdraw your winning amount to your bank account. Incase you do not have a PAN Card, you can still play, but the winning amount will remain in the winning account.

Why did my verification fail?

Your account verification with CleverPick11 can fail because of many reasons which might include:

  1. You have not uploaded your PAN Card as an identity proof mandatorily required for verification
  2. The PAN card number entered by you does not match with the PAN card details submitted at the time of verification request.
  3. The Date of Birth entered by you at the time of creating your CleverPick11 account does not match with the Date of Birth mentioned on the PAN Card submitted by you.
  4. Your name on the PAN card and on the bank account does not match.
  5. The IFSC code you have provided is either incorrect or does not belong to the bank branch mentioned for verification.
  6. The clarity factor of the documents uploaded by you is of very low quality.
  7. The bank account number on the bank account proof uploaded by you for verification purpose does not match with the Bank account number entered by you.

In an event, if your verification request gets rejected and your verification fails you will be informed about the reason leading to verification failure will be notiied.

Withdrawals

How do I withdraw money from my CleverPick11 account?

The users can withdraw money from “Winnings” section of their CleverPick11 wallet, only after they successfully complete the verification process. The users can withdraw a minimum of ?200 and a maximum of ?1,00,000 in a day wherein the user can make a request of ?50,000 at a time. Further, the withdrawal amount will be deposited to your bank accounts within a period of 2-3 days.

Why can’t I withdraw the Cash Bonus available in my CleverPick11 account?

The cash bonus is an amount provided to you by CleverPick11 under various schemes additionally it comes with an expiry date. Thus, you cannot withdraw the cash bonus amount in CleverPick11, but you can use the bonus provided as a part of offers to pay 10% of the entry fee to join contests.

What bank account details do I need to provide for withdrawal/verification?

To successfully complete the withdrawal process, the user needs to provide certain information as a part of identity verification. The user needs to provide the following bank account details:

  1. Name of the bank
  2. Name of the branch
  3. Name of the account holder
  4. Account Number
  5. IFSC code

Fair Play Violations

What are the things that are neither allowed not appreciated by the CleverPick11 platform?

  1. A single user cannot create multiple accounts on CleverPick11
  2. Any user misusing his/her referral code by creating different fake accounts on CleverPick11 to earn Cash Bonus.
  3. A user is not allowed to submit fake or some else’s documents.

What happens if a single user uses various ids or create multiple accounts using his/her referral code to earn cash bonus?

In case, a user is using a single device for creating multiple accounts on CleverPick11, it should be ensured by the user that all the mandatory verification formalities including mobile, email, PAN card & Bank Account details verification has been done by the user for all the accounts created. Abiding by the said process will help such users, who create multiple accounts on a single device, in terms of smooth withdrawals on CleverPick11.

What happens if someone converts or tries to convert cash bonus into winnings amount by activities that violate Fair Play policy of CleverPick11?

In an event any user carries out activities that violate the Fair Play Policies of CleverPick11 for converting cash bonus into winnings, CleverPick11 shall block the user refraining him from using the services provided by CleverPick11 alongside resetting the CleverPick11 wallet value of the user to “0” by deducting all the amount present in his/her CleverPick11 wallet.

How to add a credit/debit card to my CleverPick11 account?

Is it safe to enter my card details? Does CleverPick11 save any of it?

Can I add multiple credit/debit cards to My Account?
